After raising $12.5M in an oversubscribed Private Round led by Shima Capital, Tribe Capital, and Tess Ventures, AAG Ventures launched a successful IDO on December 12, 2021.
December 22, 2021:
Kraken recently announced the acquisition of the non-custodial staking platform Staked, which is set to boost the crypto exchange’s product offer.
The move will enable the exchange to expand the number of supported networks and offer a non-custodial alternative to Kraken’s current custodial staking service.
Tess Ventures is an investor in and early collaborator with Kraken.

San Francisco-based Wonderverse Inc. announced $2.5 million in benchmark funding just days before its pre-launch on Tuesday, November 16, 2021.
Wonder describes itself as an all-in-one tool designed to increase global access to entrepreneurship and enable DAOs to launch and scale projects on a native Web3 platform. The project raised $2.5 million to make this vision a reality. Investors include Chapter One, Village Global, Slow Ventures, Spartan Group, Lattice Capital, SneakyVC, FJ Labs, Dapper Labs, Basecamp Fund, Tess Ventures, 0xSisyphus, Jason Choi, Brian Flynn, Andy Artz, Richard Dai, Chris Quinn, Kipp Bodnar, and Eric Scott Lavin.
November 10, 2021:
Izumi Finance, a protocol providing liquidity as a service on Uniswap V3, has raised a total of $2.1 million from a number of decentralized finance (DeFi) and crypto investors.
The round was led by Mirana Ventures with Everest Ventures Group, Youbi Capital, Lucid Blue Ventures, Puzzle Ventures, WolfEdge, ICG, Adaptive Lab, Nothing Research and Tess Ventures backing the startup in its fundraising efforts.
